This Privacy Policy explains how Agilizia ("Marqo", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when businesses and their team members use our websites, CRM, booking pages, dashboards, APIs, support channels, and related services (together, the "Service").
Marqo is currently offered as a controlled pilot product. Features such as WhatsApp automation, marketing campaigns, assistant workflows, and billing automation may be experimental, unavailable, or subject to separate terms and activation.
1. Information we collect
- Account information such as name, email address, role, login metadata, and workspace membership.
- Business profile information such as business name, public booking slug, locations, opening hours, services, prices, staff, and settings.
- Customer and appointment information entered by the business or by customers through public booking pages, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, requested services, appointment times, and notes.
- Technical information such as IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, logs, error data, security events, and abuse-prevention signals.
- Transactional notification metadata when email or another provider is configured, such as recipient, sender, subject, timestamps, provider response, and delivery diagnostics.
- Integration metadata only when an integration is explicitly enabled, such as provider identifiers, authorization status, webhook metadata, and operational logs.
2. How we use information
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- Create and manage accounts, workspaces, roles, bookings, services, locations, customers, and appointments.
- Display public booking availability and process booking requests.
- Send transactional notices when configured, such as booking received, confirmed, rejected, cancelled, or rescheduled.
- Detect abuse, enforce rate limits, troubleshoot issues, and protect tenant isolation.
- Provide customer support, administrative notices, security alerts, and service updates.
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms, and protect rights, safety, and security.
3. Service providers and subprocessors
We may use service providers for hosting, databases, frontend hosting, email delivery, logging, support, repository hosting, and operational tooling. The current subprocessors list is maintained in our customer documentation and may change as the Service evolves.
We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, prevent abuse, support customers, or complete a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
4. Customer responsibilities
Business customers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights, notices, permissions, and legal bases to provide customer data to Marqo and to use booking, CRM, messaging, notification, or integration features. Business customers are also responsible for honoring privacy requests, opt-outs, and communication preferences from their own customers.
5. Legal bases
Where required by law, we process personal information under contract, consent, legitimate interests, legal obligation, or another applicable legal basis. Business customers may have separate legal bases for processing their own customer data.
6. Data retention and deletion
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and support legitimate business needs. You may request deletion as described in our Data Deletion Instructions. Some information may be retained where required by law, for fraud prevention, for legitimate business records, or in backups until backup expiration.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for protecting login credentials and limiting workspace access to authorized users.
8. International transfers
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than where you or your customers are located. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
9. Cookies and local storage
We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep users logged in, remember preferences, operate the Service, improve performance, analyze usage, and protect against fraud or abuse.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below. Business customers are responsible for responding to requests from their own customers where they act as controller.
11. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
